I loved working with Clarice and she…
I loved working with Clarice and she was very good to my little Denny but working with the website was a total nightmare. The help support were very nice, but really didn’t offer much help. For people my age not having a human being you can talk to is very distressing.

Reviews / Appointments
Due to the way the website is set up, the reviews are not always accurate. As such, new users should make sure to do extensive research about prospective pet sitters. Also, I do not recommend setting up recurring appointment arrangements because they are difficult to cancel.

Great Dog Walking staff
Great Dog Walking staff. Software is a C+ and it can be annoying.

The Rover care taker’s place was not…
The Rover care taker’s place was not clean and too crowded for multiple dogs and caused stress to my dog

Dear Rover sitter
They literally will take $50+ out of your total income, Literally bizarre. The app is great for outreach and connecting wise.

Easy to use
I’ve used Rover a few times. While I’ve gotten some pretty great dog sitters, I’ve also gotten some not so great ones. I like the ease of the rover app. I like the process and payment options. I do NOT like the follow up of rover admin. I’ve filed a complaint about my most recent experience. Admin reached out saying they would review my complaint, yet it’s been a week and nothing. Silence. UPDATE: since the reply from company on 12/30 that someone would reach out to me… as of today 1/8, nobody from company has reached out. So my review stands.
