Rover.com was very helpful in our need to find a reliable pet sitter for our fur baby. The steps to contact, book and pay, with the sitter was an easy process. But, I have to say, that's only after spending hours navigating your site and becoming familiar with how it works. I wish your website was more user friendly. With that said, I would use Rover.com again.

Kellie was professional and took great care of my dog Bubba..She provided a detailed report daily with more than 10 photos. This was my first time using the Rover service and She made it a very pleasant experience for me and Bubba (dog).

Excellent service that would be perfect with a few tweaks. My sitter was terrific and responsible and easy to find. The app is very dog-centric and has a lot of aspects that aren't relevant for someone who just needs someone to drop in and feed the cats twice a day. It was also difficult to alter the dates of our trip once we'd started the process, so we ended up paying for several sessions we didn't end up needing but couldn't remove when our plans changed. It was expensive but ultimately worth it. I just wish the app were a little more tailored to our needs, and more up-front about price estimates and various extra fees!

My dogs loved the pet sitter, and I absolutely loved the River card I got. I felt assured my furbabies were well taken care of! :)

The services have been wonderful. I find the website/app a bit difficult to use. Please make it easier to find 'current' reservations and 'current' rates. Thank you.

Sometimes it's hard to get responses from sitters in my area. Either there is no response or there is no follow up.
