First person we interviewed said yes and then cancelled the next day. Made us worry. We we’re planning our first out of town trip since Covid struck. The second person we interviewed turned out great. Selected based on good reviews on Rover. She sent us many photos and texts. Let us know how our pets were doing and about any concerns. House was clean, plants watered and pets fine when we returned home. We would definitely use this service again.

Great App. I found a great dog walker for the short time that I needed one. I would give the app 5 stars but it Registered my dog walker twice for some reason that caused some confusion. I had a great experience overall.

It's to useful. I have give only 4 stars because I think the filter is incomplete. For instance, there isn't a filter when you choose the sitters for "they accept or not animals unfixed".

I found the app to be user friendly, overall. My only feedback is please change the booking process to a more step-by-step process. For example, Step 1 (select from a drop down menu: boarding, daycare, etc). While I was booking, it was not as obvious, consequently, I had to redo my request.
