Sitter care was excellent. However the fees Rover charges are a little high. We support Rover's system and feel it is better than boarding elsewhere.

Using Rover.com was super convenient. I like the idea of a meet-n-greet beforehand, because, although they are helpful in making decisions, reviews never really tell all.

This app is super helpful and gave me peace of mind that I was hiring someone that had been previously vetted. The app can be a little Confusing at times, but it’s easy to figure out the fix even if you get it wrong the first time.

I have used Rover for three different vacations and with two different people. The only reason I changed from the first person I selected was because she moved out of state. There are several reasons I like Rover. One, all the house/dog sitters are bonded. There is a cancelation policy that is flexible, quite reasonable, and fair. During Covid, we had contracted with a person to stay at the house and then 10 days before leaving, decided Covid was too prevalent in the area we would visit and canceled. I don't remember if there was any sort of cancelation fee but if there was, it was tiny. I think they refunded everything. The two people I have used have both been very good. Communicative, competent, and reliable. I contacted a few different people prior to selecting the individuals and met with them for nearly an hour to see how they got along with the dogs and how I felt about them. They all encouraged that and were quite pleasant when I told them I had selected another person. I highly recommend Rover and have told all my friends about them.

The sitter we found was great! The only thing I would like to see improve is the filtering on Rover when searching for sitters. I had all my dogs information in the system and then when I would go to book, some sitters would not take him because he was not fixed. Those sitters shouldn’t even show up as options and I had no way to filter them out.

It was fine. Customer service excellent. Just not happy with the person who took care of my cat, not your fault
