Service from associate was great! Software is a little bit wonky. Video calls and unknown phone numbers. But for a first time user it may take a couple cycles to get the most out of it.

This was new for me so I wasn't sure how this all worked. I was a little confused at times.

I have had a great experience so far with using the drop in portion. 4 star is because I haven’t used every applicable resource. I am very pleased and I will continue to go forward with them.

I love using Rover. The only issue is since that I have moved to a different state, I've come across a lot of rude sitters while trying to set up meet and greet times/discuss about animal care. So needless to say, I have been having a hard time trying to find someone. If someone is rude to me off the bat, I won't trust them to treat my animals nicely. Other than that, Rover is a really nice app. I know it's not Rover's fault for the rude people, maybe start doing more personality checks or something?
