Rover.com | Pet SittingReviews of rover.com

Overall I think Rover.com is a really helpful, useful service. I really like that I can read reviews of the sitters, see their profiles, and keep the communications professional instead of the sitters having to share personal contact info. It's an easy way to look for just the right person for whatever service you need. I do wish that it didn't have the associated fees with it, but I'd say they're worth it just for the convenience.

We had a great experience with Rover. It was our first time using it. We were very happy with the service, communication and price.

Experience was good

Overall the service was quite good and I loved the job DeAnna did caring for my cat. My only problem with Rover is that you are sending me too many emails. I work all day on my computer and would prefer less communication. Some follow-up is good but too much can get irritating. That is a small criticism. I do appreciate your professionalism and the quality of your care-givers.

Great service, easy to use, reliable and offers quality options for pet sitting.

I am very pleased with Rover, which I have used 2 or 3 times in the past. I would use Rover more often, but I do not travel that often. I will use Rover in the future. Your system and your sitters are excellent. I am grateful that you exist and make my life so much easier. In this last use I was able to get a sitter within a few hours, just as I was leaving. I gave up on a sitter in my home - a metro area of 1.9 million, and obtained one in the small town of my destination. He was excellent. I am 71 with no family except my dog, who is my family. I have been a dog lover all my life. To trust my dog with a stranger who turned out to love dogs as I did, gave me great peace of mind. I do have one suggestion. Have your dog sitters keep their calendars updated. I went thru sitters whos calendars showed the days open which I needed - they responded very nicely that those days were not open. One had a death in their family - this is quite understandable. All the others had simply not updated their Rover calendars. Very kind replies, but not helpful to me in that I was under a last minute time crunch. It worked out well in the end. Thank you.

estamos muy sadisfechos, no hemos tenido problema alguno las 2 veces que hemos utilizado Rover
