I think the site is great & have used it multiple times. Overall it’s excellent to have this available to those of us that do NOT want our fur babies in a kennel. However, I have found that some of the living conditions of sitters are not ideal & you could not tell that by “live in a house”. Maybe a picture or 2 of where your pet will be staying along with the square foot/size of the location. My recent experience with meet & greets were a travel trailer that didn’t have enough room for a small kennel in it & a 1 bedroom house where again there wasn’t enough room to have the dog inside all day or setup a kennel. Could do better here but overall I love the site.

While I would give my pet sitter five stars, I’m not happy with either the app or website. Search and filtering are clumsy and not robust. That said, I found a terrific diet for deep-in visits for my two cats. She was communicating, prompt and thorough. I will definitely call on her again, and hope that she’ll be available!

It is too far from my house and also not total disclosure of payments. I got charge total bill $91.02 then later an extra $8.20 for service?? If the person who takes care of the dog charges $69? almst $30 extra?? They take 40% from the care person why charging extra to the customer?

Like any middleman company you have to screen your sitter for your self and your dog's opinion my end decision ended up being perfect I got video everyday my dog is young and can be a handful and they did very well with him I would highly recommend this service

I am very happy to have this service. However I find the app to be confusing. For example, if I want to look up a dog sitter I have seen before on the app, but didn’t use, I can’t find them again unless I enter a date that they happen to be available.

I had to drop my dog off earlier than planned and Faith graciously took him an hour earlier than planned. I received pictures of my dog looking happy. He came home exhausted, so I know he got outside to run around and have a good time. Thank you to Faith's husband for letting him be your shadow for the weekend.

While the pet sitting service provided is good, and the pet sitters themselves are great, the website itself is having terrible problems. I sent a message to one particular sitter, and the website duplicated the message and sent it to some random sitter, who then replied. I had to cancel the request with the random person. It has done this twice, and is confusing, inconvenient, and makes me look like a jerk who keeps canceling requests.
