The App was a little awkward at first. Sometimes the site is addressing clients, sometimes sitters. It would be beneficial for all if users had a separate, possibly encrypted, site where they can go. Likewise, it would be nice if the client's portion related strictly to client information/action items. The results, however, were fantastic. Our "personal walker", Sara L., was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't be happier.

My experience so far has been fine with the person caring for my animal however I’m wondering why you have to pay so far in advance doesn’t seem right

Our per sitter was wonderful, absolutely no complaints. My girl was very well cared for! Unfortunately the process is cumbersome. You are unable to set up a meet/greet without first committing to specific dates and you must put in dates to even view sitter profiles. This limits the number of profiles that are able to be viewed. I could adjust my dates for a sitter who I felt had a compatible profile. A full list and profile of sitters in any given area would be helpful with dates of availability so I could work my schedule around the perfect sitter.

I absolutely loved our drop-in sitter, Lisa. She came twice a day to take our dogs out and have play time. Her communication was amazing. I’ve already rebooked her for a future date. The only reason for four stars is because the rover app is a little clunky and hard to navigate.

I have used the app many times in the past and just recently and always had a great experience with a walker for my furry family member. Thanks Rover

I have found wonderful sitters on Rover. Our pups return to us happy and well-nourished. My only concern has been recent difficulty in using the web site. Names of sitters have appeared and then disappeared. Thankfully, I kept trying and finally relocated the name of our latest sitter.
