I was able to find a nice and reliable Dogsitter through Rover. The only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars is b/c I contacted 4 people through them. The first person immediately replied and said she wasn’t available, the next 2 were vague… they asked questions and expressed interest but never declined or accepted. Not sure how Rover could improve on that (?) but that’s the only reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars. Eventually my 4th contact was responsive and eventually the person who did the dogsitting for me. :)

Your website is comprehensive. Would be great to have a “What happens next?” For first time users.

Kind of an confusing app. Can be pricy as well. But the sitters seem super nice and the girl we booked was amazing. It seems to be cheaper than most dog boardings too! Depending on whom you book with.

I found Rover very reliable

Had a pre-vacation kennel cancellation and tried Rover. It worked pretty well. We found a good person - the app itself was a little rickety. The assigned phone numbers didn't work and the photo share didn't either.

My only complaints are with the app, not our dog sitter who is wonderful. I often find it difficult to text her using the app. The texting feature is not intuitive, I am also not sure how I will find her to book her again,

Thank God For Rover! We just moved from Wisconsin to Florida and we needdd to find a dogsiiter for our 11 year old Cockapoo so we could fly back to see our children. We didnt know where to look until we found Rover.com. It was pretty easy finding a good sitter in our new area and booking them was easy too. The sitter asked us if we would like to do a "greet n meet" at her house a week before we left so we would feel more comfortable and we could see how our dog adjusted to his new surroundings. I thought that was a great idea! Our dog sitter took really good care of our dog and even sent us pictures throughout the week to keep us updated on his stay. That really helped us feel more comfortable. I would definately recommend Rover.com !

I didn't have a dog when I bought my travel package, so when I found out the hotel didn't accept pets I thought I would have to cancel. I found Rover and was happy I did. I never thought about boarding my dog with another family. It worked out perfect, Stephanie and her family treated my dog as there own and my dog loved having her dog to play with for a few days. Look forward to seeing them again when I travel to there area.
