Website Is Clear & Easy To Navigate/Many Pet Sitters To Choose From
When I was looking for a pet sitter for my cat, my friend strongly suggested that I contact Rover.com to choose from the myriad of pet sitters on the site. At first, I went to three other organizations. One that never called me back. The second one sent me two pet sitters, one of whom I would have chosen, only to find out a few days later that he was leaving the company. The third one sent me someone new on the job, and her mentor never showed up for the meet-and-greet. I finally contacted Rover. I was impressed by the number of pet sitters out there, though not as many are cat sitters or advertise as such. I like that the pet sitters are categorized and that there are reviews available to read. I also like the fact that the pet sitters write their own profiles. I like that Rover requires detailed and important information from the pet parent. I also like that Rover has a guarantee service program. That makes me feel comfortable. As well, the information on the website is easy to navigate.
