The site is pretty user friendly but there doesn't appear to be a way to sort sitters by distance from your home. A few people I contacted said they lived too far away for drop-in visits. We really liked our sitter, she was very sweet. We were a little nervous leaving our home open to a stranger. We did a meet-and-greet first but I think customers and sitters should be required to have background checks and proof of identity to make site safer.

Very easy and useful service. Found a great family to board our dog with. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars was that I would have preferred not having to store my credit card information.

I think Rover is awesome but I had to reach out to like 10 people before I had someone replied back to me. Their schedules was not updated knowing it said they was available. I think if Rover could get confirmed schedules it will be even better. I did find Aleah and she gets 5 stars plus a tip because she was awesome.

Bonjour. Je n ai appris que ces jours ci que le prix pouvait varier avec les saisons. Il me semble que cela n est pas précisé avant la première demande de recherche de dog sitter.. Est ce que je me Trompe? Cela semble nécessaire afin de ne pas avoir à changer de dogsitter en fonction du calendrier....autrement où est le respect de la relation entre le chien et le digsitter? Ke budget du propriétaire n augmente pas en fonction du 📅... ²

Rover is a great app for dog sitting, walking, drop ins, and boarding. To all the good people who love their pets/animals know how Important it is, to not leave or let their pets feel alone. It’s all about finding the right person, the one who has the reviews and people who book again. Though, those same people “know their value” and charge high. Don’t forget about the fees and gas money to drive way outta your way to drop off your loved one. I do like the option to have your pet get picked up and dropped off, of course for an extra fee that is. I find it more useful than dropping him or her off your self. The app is good, the prices are okay. Their should be a discount for frequent customers or a membership that gives you at least a percentage off. 4 days out of the week for my dog and that’s an extra monthly bill. YES, it does beat local doggydaycare but honestly, it’s still the same as you dropping off your pet to a total stranger; that you don’t know how they will treat them. It’s all just a big SAFER risk.
