I find Rover to be a Reliable and professional com.

I am very happy using Hannah in Radlett. She has babysat twice now. I think that she is very kind & caring. I can understand providing my dog’s food & toys when leaving him with a pet sitter, but I do think the sitters should at least have their own poo bags & treats on hand.

I really appreciate Rover! I’m so glad to have so many options for my pooch when I go out of town. I like having my dog in a home environment instead of a kennel.

My dog sitter is wonderful and rated five stars. I didn’t find Rover terribly intuitive and the dog sitter helped me understand it. Also from what I am seeing the price per service keeps changing like when you buy an airline ticket. That is concerning to me.

I love everything about Rover EXECPT your policy about paying your pet sitters 3 days after my pet's already been picked up. I pay for my hotel rooms the day I check out. I firmly believe you should be paying your "partners" as soon the pet owner and pet sitter confirm the pet has been picked up. Your service fee ensures you make a profit, so I see no need to hold their fees past my pet's pickup date.

Rover is a great idea and platform to bring together pet parents and pet sitters/walkers. The prices are fair, and I feel secure with Rover’s due diligence with background checks. Unfortunately for me the sitters are not close to my home. There were only two and neither were able to fit my schedule. I will continue to look for someone using Rover and hopefully more people will become available. There were some features I wish could be fixed. Like sorting sitters close to you or select the cities for sitter choice. Currently the selection of sitters would list sitters within 5 or more miles of my zip code but it would take about 20 minutes or more to get there. That wouldn’t work for me.

I loved the service and felt I had a lot of great options for pet sitters, but I feel the site could be improved. It was a challenge changing dates that service was needed and I had to do a lot of clicking around to find where I could rate my sitter and leave a tip. But overall a great experience!!!
