When dog drop in began, it began at the scheduled time. The sitter went over her time of 30 minutes because she enjoyed playing with my dog! Convenient, easy service to use via the app. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall great on the phone but the web version of the app is buggy and doesn't always allow forms to be completed for bookings etc. Finding an experiencecd and genuine dog lover is a bit of a needle in a haystack but overall once many hours of research have been made you will be rewarded with the right fit.

Rover has been fantastic! Living in Silicon Valley we were yeah 10 hours a day, and having a border collie without a farm is a difficult challenge. My dog walker David has been consistent, kind with text message me back within a respectful timeframe, and is building trust with me. So grateful to have found this application that helps both my dog and myself.

Loved the service. Chelsea was great with our dog!! The app/web site are a bit difficult to navigate. There does not appear to be anyway to actually contact anyone from rover in a timely manner.

App was easy to use.

I would like to be able to leave a customized tip instead of up to 30%. Otherwise we are happy with the service.
