We really liked our pet sitter, and our pet seemed to have a wonderful time with her. My only complaint is that I would've liked a few more pictures/updates, as we only got one picture a day that we were gone on our trip.

App filter search kept saying ever walker that came up was out of my service area and the fact that you can't speak to someone other then email too much back and forth. Finally found a walker and she is great!

Rover was easy to use and our dog, Challis loved her host. We especially liked how easy communication with her host was. The only thing I'd like is being able to edit host reviews, I clicked something wrong and didn't catch it before submitting. Now I'm waiting for Rover customer service to get back to me.

It took to long for them to tip my sitter

The sitter is great and caring. But I would like Rover can lower the daily cost of commission charged per day.
