Any way to make more money. Any issue needing customer service takes several days to resolve. The FEES, have gotten out of hand!!! The rover fee is bad enough, and I've read several complaints on BBB that seems like that fee customer's pay is pretty useless when issues arise. Most sitter's charge a per pet fee, holiday fees (which covers days/weeks at a time, not just the holiday!!) among other garbage. It seems when they get a few good reviews, their price goes up substantially. It's very hard to find anyone under $20 visit, but that equates to $40 an hour!!! Not including any fees! To basically come feed/water your pets, take in mail, clean litter, go for a walk. The prices customer's have to pay is ridiculous. Most make more than me and I have a pretty good career and I know I work WAAAAYY harder!! I will come take very good care of your pet for $20 visit all day. Better than any of these people and my rates won't go up next time you want to book. There won't be any holiday fees, per pet fee, etc etc. I've had sitters not stay the full 30 minutes (like less than half that), sit on phone, not clean litter, not empty garbage, bring other people into my house!! But they make more than me. Wow

I wish customer Support would’ve contacted me. I had a cancellation from a dog walker on the second night for no reason and then she canceled for the rest of the walks and was snotty and this is not something I expected I went out I paid for another dog walker and they didn’t accept it so I’ve paid for two service charges and I’ve had one dog walk not happy.

I wouldn’t even give any stars. This site has tried taking money out of my account and I’ve never even heard of it before, nor do I have any pets. Thankfully my bank noticed it was an odd payment and had stopped it from going out. These are fraudsters.

Básicamente cobran por no hacer nada y además tratan muy mal a los cuidadores. Ya he llamado y poco se ha resuelto podéis llamarme vosotros si queréis resolver algo. Deberían asegurar más a los cuidadores y no tanto a los dueños los daños causados por el perro que según vosotros y el dueño no mordia nada no han sido cubiertos por el seguro y entiendo que esculpa vuestra no haber hecho correctamente la selección y o el perfil del perro a cuidar y que vosotros realizáis.

Woke up this morning to an alert from my bank saying someone at Rover.com tried to scam my bank account at 6am! Luckily the fraud team at Halifax stopped the payment instantly. I don’t ever remember using this site let alone giving them my personal information. Now I’ve had to cancel my bank card so the Christmas shopping will have to wait. I’d love an explanation why your company is associated with bank fraud.

our pet sitter didn't communicate that she is not going to show up. we had to prepone our flights to return home. such a major expense for us.

never used this service, however they have tried to use my bank details on unauthorised purchases multiple times. Had to cancel my card as it has caused chaos.

À fuir, lors d’une réunion de la Prif, moi qui aime les chiens, on m’a conseillé ce site… Une horreur, au début vous faite confiance en vous inscrivant, mais au fur et à mesure vous avez un questionnaire digne de la Satsi ou de la Gestapo ou de l’inquisition (à vous de choisir) qui bien sûr, seront revendus à prix d’or. Ils vous interdisent de scanner vos pièces d’identité (pourquoi ?), il faut faire une photo, c’est vraiment très stupide, car c’est encore plus facile à maquiller et au bout d’une dizaine d’essais, car bien sûr ça fonctionne très mal, ils vous exige une photo de votre visage, pourquoi faire ? Et comme je n’ai pas de Smartphone, je n’ai qu’un ordinateur, je suis bloqué. Mais le pire c’est qu’il n’y a aucun être humain, c’est un site robot, aucune messagerie, vous ne pouvez même pas supprimer votre compte, il faut leur demander de le faire a votre place. Je ne trouve pas de mot assez fort pour décrire ce qui fait partie des pires sites de la toile. Vous n’avez aucune adresse, juste une vague adresse aux états unis, aucun numéro de téléphone ou nom. Le service client n’est qu’un robot d’aide, ils n'ont pas non plus de numéro de RC, pourquoi s'embarrasser avec le fisc français. Je ne suis pas paranoïaque, mais je travaille dans le monde de l'informatique, pour moi c'est un site de la NSA ou de la CIA, ils vous espionnent au nom de la sécurité, qui peut être contre la sécurité ? J'ai choisi un concurrent français Animaute et mon inscription a été faite en 10mn.
