Good and helpful and easy to navigate website. Only suggestion, provide a filter to search by nearest sitter available

Good experience with dog sitter but... Ultimately I had a good experience with my dog sitter, but a few issues: - their search seems to guide you to walkers/sitters with less experience - the guidelines about what a dog sitter does is very unclear - do they just come and walk the dogs? do they stay the night? do they stay more than 8 hours? its all unclear, probably because they leave it up to each sitter. - their app doesn't let you contact a walker/sitter w/o making a request. if you have questions to ask, it has to be in the context of a request, which is annoying. so you end up making a request and then quickly following it up with questions. - the pricing, which is left up to each walker/sitter, is barely cheaper than a professional kennel

Easy to use. Found a great dog sitter close by. Just a few too many emails…

Rover is a good service for finding sitters for my pets. It allows me to find sitters in my area and screen them based on reviews. My one issue with Rover is that the sitters listed often don't keep their availability up to date. The app indicates they are available but when you contact them, they say that they are not available.

I am thankful Rover helped us find a great fit for our pup, but there are far too many Rover messages and notifications sent. That is very discouraging and bothersome. I want to communicate with our sitter, not Rover. Thank you.

My dogs had a wonderful time. I was worried they wouldn't want t come home.

Veldig bra tiltak! God geografisk spredning på hvor finne hundepassere. Rask respons. Hundepasserne virker solide/ pålitelige. På minussiden : Litt rotete digital kommunikasjon, får informasjon til overmål og vanskelig å fylle ut før nytt bilde kommer. Ellers grei oppfølging! Jeg vil bruke Rover igjen, og anbefaler dem.

The sitting service has been great so far, the customer service is excellent, and I loved all the options for this server! My only issue is the app is not very user-friendly and it takes a lot of clicking around to find the section of the app you’re looking for.
