dog walk: good, dog walker: meh
the dog’s walk was fine. i got pictures and updates. my one complaint: the walker wasn’t very friendly.

Jessica and Gabe were great at…
Jessica and Gabe were great at communicating with me. I received pictures of my dog playing and relaxing. My dog came home and slept the rest of the night. He obviously had a Fun time!

Mobile site can be hard to use as when searching for house sitting it was only showing visits - but overall, good site on desktop

Website needs work
For the most part, Rover works fine. I've found some really great dog sitters (one not so great) who've enjoyed my dogs and done a good job. The website, however, needs improvement. If you are trying to book a weekend, say from Friday noon to Sunday late afternoon, you can't do it. You must put an ending date on the first day, then do the same for the next day, etc., which is stupid and wastes time. I then have to message the sitter separately to explain what I want. Please fix.

Easy to Book
It was very easy to find a dog sitter to keep my dog in their home. The reviews & background on pet sitters were very helpful in making my decision. The app made the process very easy to book & communicate with the sitter.

I have had a great experience with Rover. I have found someone who takes great care when caring for my animals when I am away. The app is easy to navigate, and it’s easy to make payments.
