Great service. Loved the ease of use and minimal fees. I think the app could benefit with reviews of the pets/owners to make the sitters more comfortable.

Rover.com has many great dog sitters to choose from in our area. We have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

Love this site for finding qualified, friendly folks to watch our furry kid. I only have one criticism/request. The site is unclear on how to book a meet and greet or how to cancel a meet and greet. If only the sitter is allowed to do such things, then it should be stated in the "find a sitter" portion. I checked the help section and found directions to request and to cancel but did not have access to those features. The poor guy that I needed to cancel said he would archive it but it hurt his profile when he did that. Seems unfair.

I found rover really easy to use....and all around excellent....the only downside which is why it is 4 rather than 5 stars is that there were not that many boarders in my area. However, the one I used was just fantastic.

Pour améliorer le service, il serait peut-être bon de donner les téléphone ou un moyen de contacter les gardiens en cas de retard, de notre part ou de la leur.

Would like to be able to see the dog sitters address when choosing to have dog stay at their home, prior to finalizing payment. Some areas are not good as others.
