The girl did a good job

I had a last-minute cancelation of my sitter. That put everything into a tailspin. I was able to find someone that was about to recover and help. Thank you for that.

I am first time user and was pleased with the overall experience. We connected with Angel our sitter and she was excellent to work with. She kept us informed during our vacation with texts and pics. All communications with Rover were timely and professional. We are definitely a repeat customer!

Ease of contacting my sitter and changing dates when needed. Ease of payment and feedback.

I booked a dog sitter for $300. At 1am the dog sitter cancelled the booking. Rover says it will take 5-10 business days to get the refund back to my account and refused to budge. I need the dog sitter in 4 days. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Rover for dog sitter bookings. UPDATE: I reached out to customer service again. They were able to apply what I had paid as a credit until whatever refund is posted. This helped a lot. I'm updating from 2 to 4 stars only because of the refund turnaround time. If a sitter cancels last minute, that could pose serious issues for the person who already paid the fees, since they have to be paid at time of booking.

Easy to find petsitter, information on their experience and reviews are available, calendars not always up to date though

Flexibility and dependability of sitter

Angelina was great, however in regards to what was billed, not sure why one dog was more than the other. But otherwise I was happy with our sitter.
