Giving it 4 stars as I have nothing to compare it to plus, first time using it. However, the app is easy to use but do recommend that there is something that identifies available and unavailable. This feature I was only able to find when I went through the website and not the app. Other than that, it was easy to find a sitter on locations. However, it would be nice to know what varies prices for each sitter have to offer, especially when you see someone whose $40 vs $100+.

My senior dog, Daisy, had a great time at the boarder home. She had fun with other dogs, enjoyed play time, and was happy to see me when I picked her up. My only problem was during the booking process when an additional charge proved difficult to explain and remove from my booking. The charge was eventually removed but not explained, and the booking was completed.

Ho utilizzato la piattaforma Rover ovviamene per necessità. Tutto si e' svolto secondo le regole ed io ho potuto usufruire del servizio trovando un'ottima persona e con risposte rapide. L'unica cosa che non mi e' stata chiara e' la conferma dell'avvenuto pagamento che non mi e' pervenuta nell'immediato.

Generally good, but sometimes shows too many dog sitters too far away for me to consider them. I like to meet a dog sitter before committing to a booking & I find it difficult to have to book first instead of messaging. It seems to be very difficult to just message a dog sitter. I would not consider going directly to them because then I would miss out on the insurance etc that Rover provides, so it is a bit silly to force people into booking so they can message.

L’app e molto utile ma non riesco a capire perché non posso mettere una recensione alla dogsitter se non l’ho pagata tramite l’app…. Era una dog sitter senza reviews e purtroppo non ho avuto una bella giornata esperienza con lei è vorrei condividere così sanno anche gli altri…

I'm giving it a 4 star for now bcus my first experience with a Rover sitter wasn't all good, and very disappointed. However this recent one i just had with Scott was really great, very seldom you'll find a good sitter like him and really took care of my boy Max.

The only problem I have is writing text to my Petsitter. I can never seem to find it.
