Horrible outcome
Horrible outcome. 2 cancellations in as many days. Would never trust that these people would follow through or not flake out while we were gone, leaving our pets helpless. If there is any type of vetting, it needs to be improved. Unreliable and would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service from the…
Horrible customer service from the company itself, not from the dog sitters. Went with local competitor instead and they were fantastic.

Cancelled pet sitting 5 weeks after booking
Signed up and booked my dog in 5 weeks ago and paid £70 up front for 2 nights. Had email from sitter accepting the booking and today received a text to say it was cancelled. Five word email saying “holiday which was a surprise” from the sitter no sorry to let you down. Couldn’t trust to book with someone else after this experience need to be sure that arrangements for family pets are honoured. Akso haning had my money for 5 weeks it will take 5-10 days before the money is refunded do they not have internet banking

Disappointed
The people sitters on your site are no good at all! They just want easy stuff. They don't seem to like to clean litter boxes. One told me she just got a full time job so she was not doing this anymore. Another said she couldn't carry the dirty litter to the dumpsters because it was heavy. Another did not want to do ongoing yet never came to my place.

Stop spamming outside of sitting arrangements!
The service and your sitters are great, but the site spams way too much and there needs to be a filter to remove everything else than the current sitting appointment.

Killer company
They allowed a girl’s dog to die in the care of a sitter and they are still allowing the sitter to watch dogs .

Terrible experience with no support from rover
Had an awful experience with a german shepherd who attacked 3 of my housemates, a dog and strangers on the street and an owner that lied to me about his dogs behaviour, was extremely unhelpful, unresponsive and literally hung up on me mid call. Rover support did nothing except say theyll contact the owner even though i felt unsafe in my own house. They clearly care more satisfying the owners rather than actually caring about the pets and their sitters. They have no resources to help sitters in situations like mine. I resorted to having to call the police. They also say they have a 24/7 emergency helpline but in reality the UK team does not work from 6pm Saturday till Monday. They also dont show any of the reviews of the dogs/owners even though sitters are asked to review them after each booking, clearly so that sitters wont see them and rover wont lose costumers and money. Overall awful experience and has honestly traumatized me.
