Love the service you do and the people you get to do the service. Only had a bit of trouble trying to give a tip to the woman who took care of my cat. I have had no experience before with the internet but in this instance I did, and it has never been resolved. I feel badly, because I would truly like to give the woman a good tip. If you can help with this I would most appreciate it.

The site was easy to use and I was able to reach out to several potential sitters. My only issue is that some sitters didn't have their service area updated or their calendar so some time was wasted reaching out to sitters not available.

Loved my experience with the dog sitters. The website could use a major user X improvement for mobile devices. Not sure getting emails about messages is necessary.

The person I hired was 5 stars. If you need to take care of your pets this service is pretty good, but... They need to allow for tipping at the end of engagement and also allow a user to set the number of dogs they are having attended to as currently everything is priced assuming only one dog. This is more for the providers sake than the consumer.

Great concept and website. The sitter who looked after our dog was great and gave us lots of photos and updates during his stay. It’s a pity payment in full has to be upfront when you book. There should be a non-refundable deposit and the balance paid a week before the booking date.

I like Rover a lot for the customers and the employees alike. Generally it a great app, my only issues have been is there user interface and layout. Its clunky for a lot of things and it could be streamlined and tweaked more.

We live in OH and our son was getting married in CA. We scheduled our sitter 2 months in advance. She cancelled on us 3 days before the wedding. NOT good. We then scrambled to find another sitter. Fortunately, we were able to reschedule with Kiki. She was absolutely the best!!! We will use Rover again if we have a need.
