It took several contacts but I did find a good home for my Pal nearby with some good people.

Loved my dog walker. I wish you would upgrade your app a bit. I had a hard time finding what I wanted. I also wish you could edit a job. I needed to have my dog walked because of surgery and I couldn’t predict how long I would need help. When I extended it by a few days, I had to put in a whole new job and pay a new service fee even though it was just an extension of my initial request.

Very good service excellent response from all dog sitters contacted. Although a little expensive only needed it for 2 nights

Rover is a decent app, from the perspective of a person needing a dog sitter. I cannot comment on the usefulness of the app from the sitter’s perspective. I liked that all emails and texts were brokered through the app without delay. I also really appreciated that I didn’t need to buy a membership or have a paid subscription to use the app. Only lost a star due to the ease of use: it was hard to re-locate the profile of my first sitter, especially after I initiated my request to book. Otherwise a good experience.

The application can be improved, as you cannot find a person by its name. Needs to have practical ways of finding information needed.

Just wish you could post what services you need and have available Rovers contact you versus the individual messages to each. Or, allow me to copy the message, times, etc to another Rover.

Overall it's great platform for finding a right care taker for your pet and is a great communication channel between you and your dog care if used actively. I see that they charge us around 10%for every booking and at the same time take percentage from dog care personal as well for each booking. This seems a little more on pocket and can be addressed to an extent. Thanks.
