They take the wellbeing of the animal seriously
Rover is a great app and they really take the wellbeing of your animals seriously. I thought they are just taking people money for creating a website but they do so much more. I made a mistake by the second time I booked a dog sitter I did that outside the app and it went terribly wrong! including my dog sitter having a party in my house with alcohol (she left empty bottles in my kitchen) and leaving my puppy for hours at night on her own (I was told that by my neighbours). I called Rover and told them about everything. They took it very seriously and are now investigating the case, even though this particular booking I didn't via their app, the sitter is still registered there. I will never do that mistake again to book someone outside the app. They really take stuff seriously.
