Excellent resource for dog/cat sitters
Availability of sitters that live nearby is easy to pull up. Communication channels are efficient. Text and the Rover app! Very good resources of sitters that are available. Like that they are verified.

I really needed help because I was over…
I really needed help because I was over 1200 miles away from home. I needed a car sitter that would arrive when needed due to both my cat’s current routine. Danielle was so awesome and I’m so grateful she gave us peace of mind. Thanks again!!

Great experience with Rover!
We had a wonderful pet sitting experience with Monica. She was always polite and professional, and you could tell she truly cared about our dogs. When we came home, the house was left very clean and both dogs were happy and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with Vincent for drop in visits so…
We hired Vincent for drop in visits so my husband and I could enjoy sometime to ourselves with friends. Vincent came over for a meet and greet with us and our two cats Bogey and Callaway. He listed to our directions and ask questions and he did exactly what we had hired him to do . We will continue to book him when needed. Betty & Mark

Lucky to have found out about Rover. Lucky to have found a wonderful sitter.
I started using Rover in 2025. What I don’t like about Rover is that I have to pay in full upfront for a boarding regardless if I’m a year away. So, for the first time user I wasn’t very sure about that. Because I was planning on boarding my pups for 10-11 days period, when I picked the sitter by location and started contact with the sitter they suggested I brought my dogs for a meet and greet which we did. We liked the sitter and so did my pups. They have been going to same sitter Julian E. and we’re extremely happy with the sitter! They have stayed with the sitter twice and I can not be happier. All I have to say is that the meet and greet was a great idea. I hope the sitter will continue to board and sit for a long time because my pups know them already and are comfortable with them. They gave us a huge peace of mind because the last pet hotel they stayed at was not a good experience for them. Pet hotel never more.
