The young lady that I found to take care of my cat was really good. She did an excellent job twice. However, I found the app itself to be somewhat confusing. The result was great, the process, not so much.

Great APP. Easy to use. The profiles of the sitters are complete enough to help in choosing a good fit for the pets. The reason I didn't give 4 stars is because I feel it is very expensive.

Your system is defective in that it doesn’t let me indicate the full date range Sep 1 thru Sep 8. It only lets me indicate a single date. FINALLY, it is very annoying that you CONTINUALLY ask me for more information. I will label the neck to email from you as SPAM!

It was easy to find people in my area that were available when I needed them. Everything was very simple and went smoothly.

App molto comoda per trovare il per Sitter che fa al caso tuo e monitorare poi il servizio. Per me l'unica pecca è stata il costo,ma alla fine ci sta quindi la consiglierei!

First time using Rover. Also first time leaving my fur baby with someone I really didn't know. I was a bit leary to leave her but it all turned out good. Angel was very personable and pleasant. She sent daily pictures which I so appreciated.
