I would give a 5 because we love the person we picked to take care of our pets. But your app is awful when trying to book dates

Hallee was the best!! She took care of my boys as if they were her own. I am only leaving 4 stars because I should be able to tip what I feel is appropriate and not be limited to 30%. When people do outstanding work, they should be compensated for that.

Good app in general. There are alot of instances of sitters not updating their calenders and alot of rejections when requesting for service, even if the app states they have availability. BUT I have found many amazing pet sitters on the app as well. Once you weed through all the unavailable sitters and find some good available people it works out very well.

Experience with a sitter who accepted us at the last hour was wonderful. She took great care of our pet. The experience leading up to the confirmation with our sitter was where the process could be improved. Many other sitters did not respond in a prompt manner as their profile promised and it created quite a bit of stress for us.

great service and very schedule accommodating. The app could be a bit more user friendly though. sometimes hard to locate what you are interested in.

My connection was great. The person whom I left my dog with was responsible and someone I will lean upon should I have a future dog watching need. She was great. This is not a perfect review because there was a cap on the tip I could give the sitter. I understand the reason however, I was looking to give a $50 tip on an $80 bill. I was very worried about this experience but it went very well and was taken aback when my tip was capped. People that are serious about taking on this responsibility and do a great job should not have their tips capped. It’s your responsibility as a company to make sure that the tipping part of this service is not abused. My sitter should not have to deal with your shortfalls in that area.

This is a great app to find sitters, communicate, and an easy way to pay. I just find the app is a bit clunky to use, I.e., when you are in it communicating, it’s hard to go back in to find the sitters profile information. You also can’t directly cancel a request or delete prior requests. Small things, otherwise the app is super helpful.
