4/5 and all 4 are because of the absolutely fantastic sitter I found here. I’m withholding the last star until Rover allows me to tip this amazing person more that %30. I should be able to tip as much as I want for their work, and the trust I have in them, at least up to %100 of the price if I feel like it. I tried to contact Rover directly with this request, but it just runs me through an automated self help faq. Thanks

My sitter was fabulous!

The walker was great but the app itself is such a scam and it makes the cost prohibitive.

Web site not real user friendly!! Could find where to leave tip! Followed directions but took a while to get it to work.

We’ve had a mostly good experience with Rover, but there might need to be some ongoing screening. Our last sitter should probably not be hosting animals as it appeared she could hardly care did herself and her son.

My dogsitter fed and walked the dog as requested. She handled him very well and the dog seems to have responded to her very well.
