Our first booked walker cancelled and customer service did not seem to care.
Our first booked walker cancelled last minute and customer service did not really seem to care much about it. We were out of town and were told to book another walker. Our second booked walker was great, on time for all our scheduled walks.

Good experience, but should Improve availability calendar
Well, I have to say my only experience with a Rover sitter was a 5 stars. The person was very open to help and even arranged a pre-visit only to meet the dogs. During the stay, the dogs looked delighted and I was kept updated with pics and progresses. I would give a 5 stars to the app, but before of that lucky match, the research was quite long and difficult. Most of the sitters showed availability on the dates I was looking for, but when I tried to arrange a booking with them, they were never available, which was quite annoying and frustrating.

Great experience
I was able to find a great person to walk my dog while I was away on vacation thanks to this company. I liked how any messages we sent through the site became text messages. The only downside was the website. I found it confusing and cumbersome. Overall it was a great experience and I have already recommended it to friends.

Your service is great and our sitter…
Your service is great and our sitter was awesome. Only complaint is the website - not user-friendly at all, difficult to navigate and locate your sitter to just book her again. Also difficult to find your upcoming paid appointment.

his was my first-time using Rover for…
his was my first-time using Rover for Dog/House sitter. I looked thru the sitters and choose Naomi. I met Naomi during a meet and greet about 3 months before my scheduled trip and could tell she was good with dogs. After the meet and greet, I booked her services. We did another meet and greet a couple days before my trip and I was glad I choose Naomi as she made me feel very comfortable about taking care of my 2 dogs. She sent me pictures and we communicated thru text messages and calls. I would highly recommend Naomi and will book her services again. Thank you Naomi. 😊
