This app saved my trip from getting cancelled. I almost didn't have a dog-sitter. 😱 I ended up with a dog-sitter who was VERY QUALIFIED and had a yard for my dog to run around in -- highly important considering I live in an apartment where it is not suitable for my pup to run around freely where ppl aren't afraid of her jumping/playing around. I recommend this app because it definitely helped me tremendously when no one else would. I give it FIVE STARS!! -- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like that pet sitters are background checked. I don't like that: 1) you can't message someone about availability without sending a request. 2) You can't cancel a request - you have to wait until 72 hours after the dates for it to disappear. I book months in advance, and that leaves a request hanging for a long time. 3) If you book a sitter, the other requests for those same dates don't go away.

The providor was great, using the website was clumsy and there has been no end to the junk mail coming from Rover. Why all the junk mail?

Range of people and prices to choose from. Lots of information linked, only confusing bit was choosing times and area sitters cover - that could be improved but once in contact with a sitter not an issue.

My dog was happy with the sitter.

It was easy to stay in contact and find a safe and friendly family to watch our dog when we went away on vacation

Muy contenta con el servicio que me han ofrecido. Muy rapida la gestión de contacto y muy serios. Victoria ha cuidado muy bien de mis dos perretes y me mantenía informada de forma constante de todo lo que pasaba. Me enviaba fotos y videos y me transmitía mucha tranquilidad. Una experiencia, sin duda, para repetir.
