Easy to use, talked with a few sitters and found a great one in Jaden. Communication with the sitter was easy . Will be using Rover again.

In the end the overall experience was good and virtually seamless. The cat sitter, house sitter that we got was fantastic and we have reviewed her accordingly. However, the pricing structure that needs to be worked around to keep it fair to everyone, especially regarding cats, is just not good. Also, the number of people who are listed who are no longer doing the work was significant in our search. And the percentage that Rover takes from the sitter seems quite high and could be more fair. Just for reference, this was for a stay of over 2 weeks.

My Rover dog sitter was the BEST! The Rover website was the WORST! Why? Almost impossible to use. How I maneuvered for hours to finally come up with a great sitter was a miracle of persistence.

The app is very clunky and not easy to use. Took some time to figure out how to pay the walker and update schedules. It connected us with a great service provider for our dogs care but took awhile to figure out how to pay them.

Good site with lots of options and able yo find out dog sitter quickly and their response also quicker and they send photos of my puppy periodically during his stay at their home .
