I was able to find a very good pet sitter close from home. Didn’t find that it was the most user-friendly app, but it was still easy to use and worked well.

Find a very good person to walk my dog.A bit expensive as fee..but very easy to use and the itinerary and communication offered think is worth it.

Great service - app is still a little clunky to work with

I found Rover.com a safe way to find a reputable sitter for my dog. The method to contact the potential sitters was safe and their locations and types of amenities they offered was easy to review. The dog-sitter provided frequent photos and even some video and stayed in touch via text. I am quite satisfied with this business.

Easy to book as long (as sitter responds, sometimes they don't.)

Found a great sitter through the site. The site itself is hard to make correction. It double charged me. I had to rebook to correct a booking but the site double charged. Charger for both. I wanted to leave a tip after I got home and saw how good everything was. It won’t let me

The person Rover connected me to was/is great. That being said, the app is just a very clunky experience. It fails to upload pics of my cat on its profile. It has a very weird way to get to the messages for a current booking. It is slow to load. Additionally, Rover is way too aggressive with their emails. Anyhow, all of this is to say, a good service, with rough edges (all of which can be worked around).

Navigating the app to select services was a bit confusing so I ended up with two requests. Tha instructions should be clearer if you are selecting multiple services for one day
