The biggest pro is that there’s a lot of sitters available on Rover. That being said, I messaged several people who were listed as available on my filter dates only to find out that they were not actually available. If you want to find a sitter, it’s unclear what option to select - “1-6 hours” leaves a lot of room for variability. It takes a lot of legwork but at least I can connect with a lot of sitters. And I’m never hiring a 1-review sitter again, although I’m not sure how they can gain experience if everyone does that.

My experience with the dog day care provider, Jacob, in Springfield, OR was 5-star. My fussy dog that typically refuses food away from home and hates going to day care was pulling me to Jacob's door on day 2! The Rover system made it a little difficult to communicate as all had to be done by text on their website, but Jacob was persistent, clear, and easy to work with. We will definitely look for him next time on Rover!

Super helpful service. I was hit by a car and needed help getting my dog walked. Rover made it easy. I've had a few weird UI wishes (a list of receipts would be nice) but they're minor.

The experience was nice and if I book Tylarr again I’m sure it will be a even better experience. My dogs seem happy and they were safe when I picked them up . I had a few questions but I have communicated with the care provider. I received pictures and videos which made my day all the better .😊

Una gran app donde puedes buscar a alguien para que se quede con tu perro cuando tú no puedes hacerlo. La he utilizado hace unos días y he reservado con una chica que ha cuidado a mi perra fenomenal así que seguro que volveré a utilizar Rover.

Great website. Gives you lots of information about each caretaker so you can choose choose one who best meets your individual needs, fenced yard, children in the house, other pets, hours they will be present in the home etc. Also allows for a meet and greet so you can you can meet the caretaker and they can meet your pet. It’s also comforting when they text you pictures of your pet in their care.
