Easy to use website ability to customize the experience for your pet Pictures of pets fur their boarding experience are encouraged

The sitter made my pet feel at home and took care of him while we were gone. He is highly anxious, has seperation issues, etc and his picture updates all showed him having a good time and even meeting friends.

Great way to find a pet-sitter. The one I tried for my recent 12 day trip was excellent - this was my first experience with Rover. I may not use it every time because of the price.

The website gave me lots of sitter options for the dates I needed. Information about each sitter (including their personal statement) was very helpful in choosing seveal who would fit for us. Sitter was great about communicating -- rapid response to emails; wonderful reports each day -- complete with photos made me feel assured that all was well at home while I was out of state.

Our dog walker was great. I like that the app shows the start and finish times, and gives me updates, and also the route of the walk. The review and tip process can use some improvements. I tried to leave a tip but had to use the back button since it didn’t give me an option to place a decimal ($5.00). When I went back, it didn’t give me the option again.

The search is easy on the website. However in the first couple of days it was difficult to connect to the app. Seems to be better now. We are very satisfied with the person who is looking after our pet and whom we found through the website.

This is an easy to use website. I have met some great dog sitters in my area using this site.

Tessa was very nice , my dog way very happy. I did this once in my 6 year old life. Probably never need to again however rover won't leave me alone .
