There wasn't just one person taking care of the my dogs. There was a true team (husband, wife & son) approach and someone was there all the time. My previous experience was bad as it turned out nobody was in the home for many hours. I'm giving Rover only 4 stars for allowing sitters like those into their network. Mark & Christina in El Cajon, CA are what any fur baby parent would hope to find caring for their babies

My experience was very positive. She provided daily pictures. She and her husband love my dog. The only negative that I may have is that I don't know if she walked Lexi daily. That may be too much for her. I do walk Lexi daily for 1/2 hour

I was stuck in California during the many cancelelation with Southwest Airlines over the Christmas Holiday. Kim and Mark were a lifesaver by keeping my dog Princess for an additional three days. I finally found a flight with United Airlines for Dec. 30th. Of course, the charges for those extra days was difficult for me after I jad to pay for the ticket on United.

The Rover Experience was good. What I found confusing was accessing Rover via the text messages or directly through the app seems to lead me in different directions and I couldn't tell where different things were. Like I would get a text from Rover but didn't understand if I could reply to my dog sitter directly from it or if i had to open the app. I also couldn't figure out how to delete the "Pending" messages... probably just me but that's all!

We had an excellent first experience using a pet sitter from Rover. Although cost will prohibit us from using it every time we travel, when the circumstances are right, I would not hesitate using her again.

It was easy to select and connect with different pet sitters. However, it was difficult to specify that I wanted the pet sitter to drop-in multiple days spanning a couple of weeks. Also, it would be nice to be able to specify a range of times for drop-ins, not exact times.
