Experience was pretty good on the whole. Nice to find a place that I can go to to find care for my dog.

Very happy with the Rover services but the app tech could be improved. It's a little hard to navigate.

Overall great app. They do take way way too much commission. But a great way to get started with people. Best advice is get some regulars then move off the app and do business on your own to keep the money you have earned and deserve. I will say they do make it easy to set up jobs and add extra charges if necessary. There is a lot of business with the app and very trusted among pet owners. If you're looking to get started with a side gig I highly recommend!

Rover is a simple and straightforward website supported by a number of caring animal lovers. Easy to navigate and arrange. Just wished they also didn’t charge an admin fee as well as charging commission to the pet sitter. Double whammy

Great service and concept however the app needs some work on updating new messages/pictures/videos.

Nice way to find a dog sitter from my neighborhood, though sometimes the locations turn out to be incorrect so arrange a meeting before booking. Interface is intuitive and easy to use. It is unclear how much you will really pay until you book. The cancellation policy is excellent so there is no need to worry if plans change.

Rover is a great service to help find a sitter or whatever service you need for your pet. My only complaint is having to go through the 3rd party when I want to send a text message. I sometimes would rather contact the person directly.
