Awesome. A rude response from one sitter on Rover. But the one I hired was a total gem. Some lack customer service professional responses. Screen carefully and there are good pet sitters on this sit. When I used them in FL the woman was amazing 100% of the time.

The Rover app was very user-friendly. It was easy to select a sitter based on location, experience, price, and availability. Communication via texts and emails was top-notch. Payment through the app streamlines the whole process. I highly recommend the Rover application.

Easy to search and communicate

All the sitters I have used have been fantastic! They are caring, and clearly love dogs. I’m always kept well informed with plenty of pictures and videos. My Maggie is always happy to see them which show she’s very well taken care of. I highly recommend Rover!

It was my first time taking my dog on vacation and I was very concerned about her being alone in a strange environment while we were out for 4-5 hrs each day. Rover.com was easy to communicate and with any questions/concerns and Adriana was our dog sitter for an hr each day. She was easy to communicate with when I needed to adjust our appt and she was great with our dog Peep, who is a very friendly pitbull. Adriana sent me pics during her time with Peep which made me comfortable to know she was in good hands. !

The website is easy to navigate and the information about each pet sitter/boarder is detailed and helpful. I took my dog to a Rover.com home for a one-night trial stay (before an upcoming longer trip) and I was very pleased.
