I found the best sitter. Thankfully she is never overbooked. If you want to be a sitter yourself you have to pay money first that you may never get back. I wasn’t happy how long it took me to be an approved sitter.

I had a great experience with my cat sitter while away. Any problems were worked out with professionalism. She was able to manage my kittie like one of her own. Would recommend her again.

The boarder I got was really good, couldn’t say anything otherwise. The overall experience was a little harder so it’s not about the boarder, the app is easy to use, some of the responses from people seemed a little rude which put me off straight away. You can’t delete people you don’t want to still communicate with they just stay in the feed. The app should let you pick and choose more and save the ones that are great but not communicate further with people who you don’t want to.

I was happy with the sitter. She seemed very nice and respectful. Since this was the first time with Rover and my dog was only there for 2 nights, I don't have much information to share. Would of liked more updates, since Frisco is very codependent. His tendency is not eat and mope when he is without me. I was concerned and wondering if in order for a Rover sitter to take in other dogs, the sitters dogs are required to have up to date vaccinations, I was not asked for proof of vaccinations as I am at other facilities. I didn't think of this until we dropped the dog. It was a bit of a worry for me.

I really like Rover and it all worked out perfectly. One suggestion is to make the online experience clearer by indicating up front that the daily rate would be up by 50% on a holiday, i.e. Presidents Day.
