For a first time user, it worked out great! Cassandra took great care of our dog and we will be using her again.

Overall the site is good and most of the people are good. We've used them several times over the years and will continue to do so. However, make sure you do a meet and greet. Some of these people shouldn't be doing this. Make sure you and your pet is comfortable with them before you leave your pet in their care. Bottomline, use the site as a tool and then interview your pets care person.

Like the ease of finding a good sitter and we are so happy with our choice. The app is a little wired to navigate through and the charges are always clear. Our profile from 4 years ago short changed our sitter and even after updating for our current 4 cats, our sitter got short paid. I could not change the bill through the app.

I was able to find a walker after the one I’d hired through Rover had cancelled at the last minute. He was always punctual and I felt confidant my dog was in good hands. Only 4 stars because there weren’t many people to choose from and only 2 out the many I contacted got back to me.

I cannot fault the communication with Rover.com or with our individual sitter of choice. We have had a short day care session as a preliminary stay and have now booked for a whole week. The sittter was welcoming to ourselves and our dog, and took care to ascertain on views on how our dog should be looked after
