Great idea
Great idea. Everything pet care related is nice. But, needs better app user interface. App tends to be confusing & can't do sorting on names. No flexibility on creating irregular schedules.

Good experience so far!
Very easy to find a sitter within a mile and multiple choices in case you need a backup! The only downside of this app is there is no place to just have a meet and greet at your house before you book them, you have to choose a date and time to actually book them to sit your dog/cat in order to contact them to request a meet and greet, but you are also missing out on your selection of a sitter because the date and time you choose will not show all sitters in your area if they aren’t available that one day! ROVER, you need to correct this!!!

Overall great site to connect pet…
Overall great site to connect pet caregivers to pet owners. I interviewed three people and they were all great. My final choice did a great job of taking care of my dog. Only reason for 4 stars is the Rover app charges a lot extra for being an app. It’s too pricey.

Rover experience was good experience…
Rover experience was good experience overall. We found a pet sitter nearby and everything went well. I have one complaint- the never ending emails from Rover. They constantly want more reviews and keep showing up in my inbox. When a client and sitter text back and forth, it shows up in your email. It is like being spammed over and over again. That is why it is a 4 star instead of 5 star review.

They are time sensitive
It was an OK experience didn’t realize that the sitter wouldn’t try to make sure that the animal eats

We love the way the dog seat fits in…
We love the way the dog seat fits in our car. The one negative i have is that there were no paper instructions. It took way longer to get my questions answered when putting it together because I had to look it up online. Other than that, we love it!
