I think it is a good workable app

Rover helped me find a great cat sitter. Website and payment process are easy to use. Just wish that I could give more than a 30% tip if I wanted to. Was a little hard to get a video uploaded so I could show my cat sitter the changes in giving my cat her meds instead of having her make a special trip so I could show her.

Overall, Rover works great and my walker is phenomenal. I just wish it did live tracking like the Wag App uses so I can see exactly where my dog is during the entire walk while it's happening.

Rover is a great service but they need a customer service phone number and not just an email.

Leaving my dog and cat in their own home with Andrew, who I trusted after our meet and greet, gave me peace of mind while I was gone. Appreciate that he sent me pictures. 😺 Rover's pricing policy was less transparent than I would like. I expected $55/day for 3 days and ended up paying $245 with a tip. But my furry companions seemed content and happy when I got home.

Rover.com es un buen portal para conseguir/ofrecer cuidador. Por la parte de la gestión del servicio muy bien en general todo. El punto a mejorar es que las comunicaciones recibidas por email... en ocasiones se reciben en inglés y no en español, algo que en España no debería ser así. La atención al cliente es buena incluso sin contactar expresamente con ellos ya que están pendientes de la evolución de las gestiones. Muy bien.

The 3 sitters I have used have all been great and have taken care of my dog so that he wants to go back. The Rover site, however is difficult to navigate at times. Also, I don’t think a charge should be made before the service was performed.
