Unfortunately at Anne's expense, I have learned that my nosey, sometimes non-compliant dog needs to stay in a place with a fenced yard, as she fid llast year. Gypsy made life hard for Anne due to errors on both our parts. Anne was nothing but wonderful, and if Gypsy ever calms down, I would use her again. She is a kind, caring woman who only wants the best for her visitors.

You need to make posting reviews for boarding user friendly. I and several of my friends find your current process difficult and confusing

fairly easy to make an appointment and get in touch with the sitter and get timely updates on the pet.

I like that I can see pictures of the animal caretakers and whether or not they have pets. Plus knowing pay expectations is helpful. I may like The person but if rate is high I might need to rethink what is in my budget. I also liked the honesty of the profiles. One woman said she was going to be bringing her toddler with for the service.

Using Rover was a good experience and the person who watched our dog was great

Great service and found an excellent sitter straight away. Totally recommend. One star off because website is not easy to use.

The app is a great idea and I am glad it exists. There are a few bugs and difficulties with the actual use of the app that makes it less than perfect, however.
