Easy to use service, really helped us with dog care while on holiday

The app works well and is easy to use. Managed to contact a sitter after several attempts to arrange a sitter.

Great experience using Rover. The only improvement would be to allow putting a job out and allowing sitters/walkers to pick it up like Uber. Instead of having to go through each Rover make the offer individually to find one who is available.

Beverly, the drop-in sitter was amazing! My two girls (doggies) loved her from the first meeting. Beverly went above and beyond to care for my babies and even gave my Lab her pill which my daughter had forgotten to give her. I received pictures after every visit and an update. The app is not user-friendly, however, and I ended up being charged for 3 visits with other sitters who could not do my dates. I was penalized 50% on one charge and never did get back one of the charges. I tried to reach customer service with no success. This was my first time using Rover.com, and I was upset, but the experience with my babies was fantastic. I have even booked again.

I don’t understand how the service fee is calculated. It is never the same.

Everything is great. Easy to look for sitter, book and contact them. Just the fee rover takes on top of boarding fee is a bit high.
