I love the ease of the website and paying online.

The app to text feature does not seem to be working. I replied to my messages but then realized they were not being received. Also, the cost of the app service is a bit high. Price sounds right when choosing a pet sitter but check out seems to be unreasonable mark-up.

Good app. Great info post visit. Difficult to edit booking.

The sitter was excellent. However the rover app was unable to display video posted by the sitter when bandwidth was limited (cruise ship). Other apps like Facebook worked fine under the same conditions.

I am so happy I heard about Rover. I found the best pet sitter ever last year. I can leave my pets knowing they will be well cared for giving me peace of mind. The app is easy to use, I can see the sitters availability, send her a message and get a quick response. You get notified when each visit starts and stops, a daily Rover card letting you know what was done during the visit and pictures of your pets. You can also contact the sitter via the app if needed. The only negative, and why I gave it 4 stars, is the app restricts how much you can tip but I have a workaround for this!

Loved the reviews for service providers. Changed my date and the new reservation dates were hard to find on my dashboard. Not sure why?

Simba loves his Rover sitters. As a rescue, If I bring Simba anywhere near a kennel or shelter for boarding, he has the worst anxiety. However, going to a Rover doggysitter it’s like a fun sleepover. He loves the attention he gets from doggy sitter and the homie environment. We are able to match the perfect sitter/environment for Simba’s personality.

Way better than wag. Easier to adjust times and less app glitches.
