Great experience. Was able to locate a doggy daycare for my pet last minute on my trip to San Diego. Carl was loving and took great care of my dog while I can visit the Zoo and Sea World.

We had a good experience. The only thing I think is that any phone number should be able to call the Rover phone number, not just the person who booked the stay, so that it is easier to make contact. I booked the stay with Rover but my boyfriend was the one picking up the dog and he was not able to call the Rover number with his phone and when the Dog sitter had a question, I was on the plane and didn't get his message until way later. Otherwise it's nice to know I can come here to make sure our baby is taken care of when we can't bring her with us. Also love that they send you updates and pictures

my most recent experience with allowing someone to pet sit. The Rover.com platform is very easy to use and keep up with the pet sitter.

Easy interface but I don’t think it’s right that after I named the sitter I wanted , Rover decided to offer me other sitters without me asking.

Thus far, the overall experience has been very good using the app and boarding. However, there need be improvement when calling in. I attempted to call in regards to double postings of payments several times, was placed on hold each time and then disconnected. Left message on two other tries and never received a return call What if this was a emergency situation? Not good.

We really like the options of the rover system and how there are reviews and easy to cancel, etc. there are some flaws though. For example, my parents had a bad experience with a dog sitter who said she was going to stay over and didn’t, she had left. My parents were scared to leave a review as they were worried she could break into their house or egg it, etc. there should be other options to review after the booking is done so the dog sitter doesn’t know who it’s from. The app is extremely un user friendly, it’s super annoying that you have to pay and book before even meeting someone. There should be other options in not having to prepay in case you determine it’s not a good fit. However, all of that being said we have had a good experience with rover and will continue to use.
