It’s so good.

I've used Rover.com for a few years and I'm happy with the sitters and how easy it is to use the app. I rely on people's reviews when choosing a sitter so that's one of the best features.

Everything is great, except for the tipping. You capped how much I could tip! You need to allow us to tip however much we want to tip. It’s ridiculous that you have the audacity to even think you can cap it!!

Les plus: Toujours des pet sitteurs/ses disponibles, avec des filtres permettant de trouver plutôt facilement quelqu'un qui corresponde. Possibilité de se rencontrer avant de finaliser la garde. Jusqu'à présent nous sommes tombés sur des personnes fiables. Les moins: tarifs élevés et impossible de trier par tarif croissant ; si l'on ne se fait pas la rencontre dans les 48h la réservation est annulée (compliqué si on ne peut pas trouver un créneau commun rapidement)

cat sitter was great. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I was looking for cat sitter I used last time & couldn't find her name. Eventually, we connected through text but I had hired new one. No problem though as new one turned out to be great &, most important, my skittish cat liked her.

The service given is very good. Likes Telephone numbers not given to customer or sitter. You get a number that lets you keep in touch You get insurance so you know if anything happens it will be dealt with Great communication Reliable checked sitters Dislikes The cost it is very expensive Money is taken straight away even if you’ve booked a year in advance. I’m sure it could be taken just 2 months before to guarantee payment

The website is not user friendly. It is difficult to get forward and back through areas to revisit an page once you have left. It just needs to be improved.

My sitter kept my plants & cats alive and well! Easy to do for the cats who she never saw, but I was gone for several days during the 100+F heatwave and my outdoor potted plants thrived with her care. 5 stars for Jessica. 4 stars for the app & website which need some tweaking to be easier to use for my situations.
