The app could use some UX help and the charges could be made more clear But the service is much needed

We were quite fortunate to find our kitty sitter via Rover. All worked out well from the transaction through our return. The only issue was related to fees - this info should be available up front to both parties. We and our sitter were confused as to what she actually earned until a week after payment.

We were very lucky to find a responsible, conscientious sitter. It’s super important to know that Rover has vetted their employees and have a historical record of their record. As a pet owner, being on time, following directions and keeping the home and yard clean are critical. Getting video or photos of your pet helps calm the concerns of the pet owner. This lets them know that they are present and paying attention.

A family friend had agreed to watch our dog when we would be away on vacation for a week out of state. At the last minute (4 days before we were due to leave) she had to cancel due to a family emergency. Rover.com literally saved our vacation at the last minute by providing us with access to a sitter who ended up being amazing! I would give a 5 star if the other sitters we reached out to had at least acknowledged our request for help. We reached out to 3 different sitters and only 1 responded. Thankfully, the woman who responded turned out to be fabulous. The other 2 could have at least answered back that they weren't available. Other than this, your service was invaluable and I personally will recommend your site to everyone I know who has a family pet they love!

I feel that I connected with my pet sitter and was truly fortunate for that to happen on the first try. I can’t speak to whether this is typically how things work out. My petsitter keeps me updated on how my cats are doing…she send lots of photos. My petsitter is dependable, trustworthy, and very good at handling my cats.

I have found some great pet sitters on Rover! I find the website a little confusing to use however it’s a great way to pay in advance. I have been completely satisfied and happy with the website!

The platform they've created is really amazing and I have found good sitters and walkers for my dog. I love the interactive features in the app where I can get notifications and photos while the Rover caregiver is with my dog. The Rover fees themselves do add up, especially for dog walks which I repeat on a weekly basis. I feel that, if keeping the same Rover walker for an extended period of time, the Rover fees should be discounted/dismissed

Nice to have many choices in one app with the experience of the care takers listed also many close by.This was my first time using this app and yes I would use it again.
