Easy to follow. Good communication. Easy set up..

Consistent and quick feedback with all communications. Able to provide lots of info about the dogs. Sitters feedback after each visit was greatly appreciated (photos too). Only semi complaint was inability to talk with sitter prior to committing to service. With multiple older dogs of varying shapes and sizes I wanted to make sure she would be comfortable.

Easy to use the Rover website to find a dog sitter. The sitter we found was completely as expected based on the reviews, so I would say that the reviews were trustworthy in this case. Payment and booking were easy/automatic. I found the reminders to give care instructions for my pets on Rover a bit confusing, but I think it set up ok. I would not trust online instructions completely anyway and would always expect to talk to the sitter directly.

This is my first time using Rover and it was easy to use. The prior users recommendations and comments were very helpful. The quick response from the people on Rover was much appreciated.

I like using Rover but I do find the format for scheduling a sitter somewhat confusing.

I really like the app and that it allows the sitter to send updates and photos. My only somewhat negative feedback is that it doesn't have a section (or tab) for an active case. I would like it if it had something to click on that shows "in progress".

Ho prenotato un sitter su Rover con largo anticipo e mi sono trovata benissimo. Peraltro il fatto di inserire i resoconti di ogni visita è molto interessante. Suggerirei però di migliorare la sezione ricerca. Tramite codice postale (della zona di Roma) mi sono stati proposti sitter che mi hanno risposto che non erano della mia zona. Inoltre molti sitter non hanno il calendario aggiornato, rendendo problematica la ricerca. Si può fare meglio insomma.
