My experience was 5 stars due to the great customer service I received from Alex. He gave me the guidance I needed to access my account, which allowed me to make my payment - which makes everyone happy!! Have a great day and keep up the good work!

The person I spoke with took the time to understand my issue and work to resolve it. She stayed on the phone with me since I've had connectivity issues when put on hold previously. She told me the action steps she was taking to actually help resolve my issue in a timely manner. Her service stands in stark contrast to many of the people I've spoken with at RoundPoint previously who did not try to listen, understand my issue, or help me resolve it. Highest marks to this person.

He had patience and took his time to allow me to take care of the problem while we were on the telephone and with the transition over to round point Mortgage Service. Thought I had set up automatic payment, but when it wasn't taken out of my checking account, I called Roundpoint. Turns out I had only given my insurance info on line, not signing up for auto payment. The person handling my call was very professional and patient while walking me through the process of setting up an account and setting up auto pay.

Alex answered all my questions about my Escrow repayment as I am changing my property insurance.

Spoke to Alex, he was so helpful in making me feel confident that during the transfer transition our payment will be posted that was mailed om 5/31 and went over everything else we need to know.
