If I could I’d rate it below zero! Sold house, closed out loan; taxes paid ny purchaser; also disbursed from escrow account; cannot get access to customer service because loan is closed; sent many emails all unanswered; sent certified letter, received signed receipt but no response. Filed a complaint with nys Financial Services; filing a complaint with NYS Attorney General next. Want my $1293.45 back from Roundpoint. So disrespectful to customers who have paid off their loan. It is a pleasure to do business with this company. When they bought our mortgage from Prime-lending I thought it would be a hassle, but it turned into a nice experience and great customer service. More than that, when we all got in this unprecedented time and our family lost more than half of monthly income they were, and still are supporting us with different options to help our family to pass through. It’s hard to realize what could’ve happened without this assistance and their special short and long term plans. Your help and care are greatly appreciated. And thank you for your excellent customer service over the phone. I’ve made numerous phone calls on a variety questions and in different times and the associates were very knowledgeable and patient, professional and helpful.
